26/05/2018 · So I'm on Windows 10, and upgraded from 2.8 to 2.10, and then to 2.10.2. I didn't know it at the time, but that was a big mistake. To preface this, I've gotta say that I've been using Gimp for years now, but am still a relative newbie, and I don't like getting into things associated with the subsystems. Just today I installed gimp 2.8 on Windows 7 on a Acer aspire one laptop. The installation worked great and quick.
